Case study
A bespoke Bosendorfer 214VC
In 2019, we helped a couple commission a bespoke Bösendorfer for their newly built home. Working closely with the manufacturer, we explored CAD drawings, veneer samples and piano templates before settling on a 214VC in the Louis XVI style.
Built from scratch over just more than a year, the piano featured a rare polished burr walnut finish, hand-carved detailing and 24-carat gold leaf decoration.
A matching adjustable stool completed the commission, while a Yamaha Enspire Pro self-play system was fitted in consultation with the clients’ AV specialist.
