Guarantees for pre-owned grand pianos
As with our new models, the majority of our second-hand grand pianos are sold with a full five-year guarantee.

All pianos undergo a full regulation and set-up process and are thoroughly tested to see if any parts require replacing or repair.

While the piano is in our possession, it will go through at least two in-house tunings and is rigorously assessed in our workshop to ensure its stability and mechanical playability.

Once our team is happy, the model will be polished and made available for sale on our website.

Prior to delivery, your chosen grand will be prepared to its optimum performance and assessed to ensure you are getting the best from your buy.

Once it has been signed off by our workshop specialists, our trained and experienced moving team will safely transport your grand to you.
