A bit on Astor (Young Chang) pianos
Established in 1956 by three brothers in Seoul, Korea, Young Chang originally assembled pianos from parts made by Yamaha. As of the late 1990s they were among the largest of the world’s manufacturers of pianos, alongside Samick, Yamaha and Kawai.
