A bit on Haessler Pianos
Haessler are German built instruments made by Bluthner Pianos in the same factory. Julius Blüthner Pianofortefabrik is a prestigious piano manufacturer based in Leipzig, Germany. It is considered one of the ‘big 4’ German/Austrian piano makers alongside Bechstein, Bosendorfer and Steinway. Composers who used Blüthner include Brahms, Wagner, Tchaikovsky and it is particular favoured by Paul McCartney.
